An Introduction to Understanding Wine Better.

Fall is upon us and for many it is time to go back to school. Those of us who cannot re-enroll in 2nd grade need to find another outlet for our intellectual stimulation which is why, at last, Vine Wine will be offering wine classes!

In conjunction with the fabulous people at Brooklyn Kitchen, we will now be teaching a series of wine classes in the Brooklyn Kitchen Lab Space for three weeks in October. Starting with the basics and moving forward in complexity, we will continue to excite your wine senses while you further develop your palate.

Classes can be taken separately or as a cohesive three-part series. Whether you attend one, two, or all three, you will leave feeling more confident in buying, drinking, and discussing wine. In addition to all the wonderful wine we’ll be tasting, we’re also providing you with materials to take home — to guide you through the basic steps of tasting and analyzing wine, information you could also use to start your own wine tasting group.
