And in a strange manner, there are times when I tasted a wine Dressner and I feel that I have to understand &#8211; and love &#8211; the same way that Joe tasted and understood and loved the wine. It is not because of extensive knowledge and experience &#8211; because the wine is delicious in the glass . You can assign one of the words that people like &#8211; natural, biodynamic, etc. &#8211; why these wines are so good, the real reason is that they are damn good drink. Joe, where you finally, I hope the wine is delicious and inspiring.
